RugbyWA 2012 Volunteer of the Year

Neddies is proud to announce that our own Mark Badham has been selected by RugbyWA as the 2012 Volunteer of the year. Mark together with son Paul head over to Sydney to attend the John Eales Medal presentation evening with a good chance to take out the Australian Rugby Volunteer crown. We all know how hard Mark works for our club and we would not – as a club – won the WA Referees award for being the most hospitable club in 2012 if were not for Mark.  At every home game Mark has dressed our fields and looked after our visitors.  In addition to this Mark has organised, managed and even played in our recent trips to Bali and been a huge part of our success there. Even in our saddest time, Mark has been there. Mark has won the Tony Danilenko award twice in a row for his outstanding services to our club and he is a deserved winner of the WA volunteer of the year award. We thank Mark for everything he has done for our club and Rugby in WA and we wish him every success at the John Eales evening.
