New Playing Strip For Neddies Juniors

The Neddies Juniors will be playing in an exciting new playing strip in the 2014 season. The new outfit is the same as that worn by the seniors.

The new shorts and jumpers were worn for the first time by the Neddies under-9s on March 16, when they hosted Palmyra at The Foreshore in a well-contested scratch match.

The new strip is made possible due to the generosity of our major club sponsor Swick Mining Services, which is now the naming rights sponsor for the junior jumpers.

The new shorts sponsor is the ASX-listed Lucapa Diamond Company. The club would also like to thank Adam Lenegan at Mack Hall Real Estate and Sarah & Trefor Thomas at Lawley’s Bakery for their support of the Neddies Juniors.

The new playing strip is one of a series of new initiatives by the Neddies juniors in 2014 including the new training venue for northern suburbs players at James Cook Reserve in Hillarys and the appointment of successful former Premier Grade coach Tony Ball as Junior Coaching Co-ordinator.

Junior trainings are held at the northern suburbs venue is at 5pm on Wednesdays and at The Nedlands Foreshore at 5pm on Thursdays throughout the season.

Nedlands welcomes all new players for the 2014 season, especially players in the under-12 grade.
