Huge Junior Carnival at Neddies on Saturday

Neddies is hosting the club’s biggest ever Juniors carnival at The Foreshore this Saturday (March 29). So get down early to The Foreshore to cheer on the Neddies Premier Grade stars of the future, including the under-6s having their first ever game.

The carnival will feature Junior teams from Neddies, Wests and Wanneroo and is expected to feature about 600 players.

While the match schedule for the Juniors carnival is still being finalised, the games will commence with the mighty under-6s at 8am and run through until about 1pm. That will be followed by the seniors Round 1 fixtures v Wests.

The carnival will include a waterslide, bouncy castle and sumo suits for the kids (no Damo jokes please). There will also be plenty of food and drink from Cush and her team in the canteen, the BBQ and coffee vans.

It will be a special occasion for Neddies with most of the Junior teams wearing their new playing strip for the first time ahead of the official season start the following weekend.

Volunteers are required to help the carnival run smoothly and if you can help in any way please contact your team manager or Neddies Junior president Kylie-Anne Drummond on 041 233 4556 or
