2019 PG Hampshire Breakfast – Congratulations Sam Rarasea on being named 2019 RugbyWA – Coach of the Year

Nedlands is very proud and privileged to have the 2019 RugbyWA Coach of the Year – Sam Rarasea coaching at Nedlands. This was announced at the 2019 PG Hampshire Breakfast on Wednesday Morning.

A great turnout by the Nedlands Group with 13 Players/Officials attending the RugbyWA PG Hampshire Awards Breakfast on Wednesday Morning. All looked sharp in their club no 1’s for the Awards Breakfast so early in the morning.

All the Best Sam and Chris and your fellow players for the weekends Grand finals.

Saturday 24th August – Third Grade GF, 11:50 am, Success sporting Complex, Hammond Rd, Success

Make sure you get down to Success Sports Complex on Saturday morning to see Third Grade take on Wanneroo at 11:50 am, you may get a glimpse of Sam strutting his stuff for 3rd grade along with 250 Gamer Alvin Lau, the Big T-Rex Tref Thomas,  Mr Perpetual Motion Chris Naylor, the Super-Sub Matt Caporn, The Badham Bros (not the Madden ones), Dangerous Dan Guler.

Post game and speeches there will be a big bus coming back from Success at 4pm to the Clubrooms, where Vanessa and the girls will be serving cold frothy ones til late in the night.

Sunday 25th August – Premier Grade GF, 3:30 pm, Kingsway Reserve, Maddeley 

Once Saturdays nights hangover has loosened its vice like on your head as the beroccas and Panadol has dulled the pain by Sunday lunch then be at Wanneroo’s grounds Kingsway Reserve for “the Big Dance” at 3:30pm, the FMG Premier Grade Grand Final vs Cottesloe.

Sam and his coaching assistants Mason Pomare and S&C coordinator Keith Brady have been working hard to get the side into the best shape possible for this game and we look forward to the boys running out and executing there game plan perfectly.

Wear Blue, Be Bold, Be Loud.

Post Match Sunday

A big bus will be heading back to the club after Speeches and Presentations at Kingsway, all supporters that can are welcome on the bus for a $5 donation!

Once again the clubrooms will be open at 6:00pm to welcome the faithful Nedlands Supporters and Players end the season
